Out of these, one is a retired Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) and the other is still serving the period. Six other names have been recommended to be the members of the authority.
According to the data available with Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), nearly 23 States have set up their websites as per the provisions of the real estate law. Over 40,000 projects and 31,000 real estate agents have been registered under the law as of now.
